Blazing BBQ was started out of our founders' passion for barbecue and love of entertaining. After years of
having parties great and small, we finally gave into the calling from so many of our friends to "package this
stuff up and sell it!"

We've spent years blending different spices to find just the right rub for each meat that we offer, and have
tried more sauces than we can name to find the ones that will most satisfy your palate.

We're also on a continuous quest for the best tasting side to accompany our 'Q. This has resulted in a
menu that is out of this world! Every side that you order will knock your socks off! Whether it's our
slow-cooked beans, or our crisp and tangy slaw, you won't be disappointed in whatever you pick.
